North Suburban Wellness Yoga Instructors
Etty Hasak
Yoga Instructor
Etty has been practicing yoga, on and off, for almost 30 years. She has always loved yoga and the affects it has had on her, but through the years, Etty kept getting injured and that took her away from the mat. It was only when she met her present teacher and mentor, Leslie Riley, that she finally understood what had been going wrong over the years. Leslie's approach to yoga helped her to understand her body and deepened her practice, and with that came the need to share that knowledge with others.
Pam Gross
Staying true to the original intention of yoga, Pam weaves yoga’s ancient roots into her practice to create awareness that yoga cares more about the shape of your life than the shape of your body.
