Dr. Jeff Henson, DC

Nationally board certified in Chiropractic Medicine, Dr. Henson treats conditions ranging from neck and lower back pain to Irritable Bowel and Weight Management. In addition to his Doctorate, he has advanced degrees in Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Physiotherapy and Kinesiotaping. Dr. Henson founded North Suburban Wellness in 2002 in an attempt to provide the north shore of Chicago a unique and vital influence on health and wellness.
Dr. Trupti Gokani, MD
Functional Neurology/Headache Management
Dr. Trupti Gokani is a board-certified Neurologist who is the Founder and Director of the North Shore Headache Clinic in Highland Park, IL. She has evolved her traditional headache practice into an integrative model encouraging chronic pain patients to utilize non-pharmacological approaches for treatment of conditions ranging from headaches and neck pain, to insomnia and mood disorders.
Abbi Warren, Licensed Medical Aes
Medical Aesthician
Abbi began her aesthetic training at a medical spa and laser training facility in Denver, Colorado. This hands-on teaching has strengthened Abbi's ability to perform laser services not only in the field of hair removal, but also for skin tightening, hyperpigmentation and treatment of veins of all complexities. Abbi has also been Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 2002 and often utilizes her delicate therapeutic massage techniques during her clinical sessions.
Bob Hook, LMT
Massage Therapy
Bob, a licensed and certified massage therapist and graduate of Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in Tucson, Arizona specializes in deep tissue and myofascial body work. Bob integrates concepts from various traditions of massage to create a unique, but personalized approach to massage. Bob has worked in an integrative setting for several years in the north shore community and has developed a very loyal following.
Brian Dunn, DPN
Podiatric Medicine
Brian Dunn, DPM, is a podiatric physician who specializes in the treatment of foot and ankle pathology. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before entering Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed a 2-year residency at Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago. As part of his residency program, Dr. Dunn was trained at the North Chicago Veterans Hospital where he gained much experience with Diabetic care of the foot and ankle.
Deb Lyman, LAc., Dipl.Ac., M.S.
Acupuncture/Chinese Medicine
Deb is a licensed acupuncturist in Illinois and board certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She attended the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, one of the oldest schools of Oriental Medicine in the United States. She earned her Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine including study of acupuncture, herbology, and Tui Na.
Marianne Vuckovich, RKT
Kinesiotherapy
Marianne Vuckovich is a registered Kinesiotherapist who received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology/Biomechanics with a minor in Psychology from University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana and her Kinesiotherapy certification from the University of Toledo in Ohio.

Dr. Sandra Scheinbaum is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience, specializing in holistic approaches to mental and physical well-being.
Cristal Moran
Patient Care Coordinator
Cristal will most likely be your first contact at North Suburban Wellness. She is responsible for managing patients needs, from scheduling appointments to ensuring an optimal patient experience. In her spare time she is an avid salsa dancer and has won many state and national dance competitions. She also likes to sing, read and play the clairinet.

Office Manager/Billing Specialist
Elva has been working as a front desk manager for the past 5 years. Elva handles everything from billing to bloodwork. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her son Joshua and cooking traditional mexican cuisine.
Monica Espino
Medical Assistant/Lab Specialist
Monica, our medical assistant and lab tech has been with us for 5 years and when not drawing blood, can be found playing with her many cats. Monica is the go to person for anything related to labwork. Her phlebotomy (blood draw) skills are impecable.

In my class a student can expect focus on alignment, a steady flow sequence, as well as long holds to build heat. My teaching is influenced by the styles of Ashtanga and Anusara, a vigorous practice that provides opportunity to look within and feel gratitude.

Andy Amend has more than 10 years of teaching experience and more
than 4 years of classes with Gabriel Halpern, director of Yoga Circle, including apprenticing in a therapeutic class.
Deb Wineman
Yoga Therapy
With an intention to help others, Deb spent many years working as a lawyer, teacher and community activist and fundraiser before she became a yoga instructor. She earned degrees from University of Michigan and Northwestern Law School and most recently completed a yearlong 200-hour yoga teacher-training program at Moksha Yoga Center.
Nancy Schwartz
Nancy’s first yoga experience was at a local health club. She was immediately drawn to yoga for its integrative and, for her, calming approach emphasizing the connection between body, mind, and breath. Her dedicated practice and a commitment to continuous learning have deepened her knowledge. Her style draws from her love for being active and engaged.
Page Lee Webb
After almost 20 years of teaching group fitness classes as an ACE certified instructor, Page moved out of the gym and into the yoga studio. Realizing that her passion was more aligned with yoga philosophy than fitness classes, she pursued her teaching certificate through Moksha Yoga and began studying with both locally and nationally-recognized teachers.
