Our mission is to provide skillful instruction in a peaceful and stress- free environment for our students/patients to enjoy the art of yoga. We practice and teach yoga with passion and dedication and hope to inspire our students to do the same, so they can enjoy a healthier life in both their body and mind.

Yoga is an excellent way to promote physical flexibility, strength and endurance. By emphasizing proper form and alignment, you can reverse the effects of gravity while relieving the tensions of everyday life. Through breathing techniques and learning the philosophy behind the practice of yoga you can transform your life by calming your nerves and cleansing your body and mind.

Class Descriptions

Stress-Less Yoga
In this class, students will learn techniques to relax the mind as they move through basic yoga poses. Attention is given to proper alignment, body awareness, and exploring the power of the breath to reduce stress and increase physical and mental well-being.

Sunrise Yoga
Awaken and energize with yoga as the sun rises. Begin the day with a practice focused on both alignment and flow. This class will include breath work, dynamic movement as well as restorative poses. We will finish with a bit of inward reflection … to cultivate improved concentration and mood throughout your day!

Detox Yoga
In this class, we are focusing on all three main systems of the body that play a crucial role in the elimination of wastes - circulatory, digestive and lymph. We will cleanse and detox the body and mind using asanas (physical poses) and pranayama (the breath). Yoga, with its focus on systematically stretching and compressing every part of the body, is particularly well-suited to keeping the waste-removal departments of the body functioning well.

Prenatal Yoga
Pregnancy is a time of transition, when new sensations and experiences arise. When practiced during pregnancy, yoga will help you maintain your health and well-being. The class is conducted in a calm, peaceful environment and will help you strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort through asanas (poses) and breath exercises. Yoga can also alleviate many discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.

Qi Gong

Learn the ancient Chinese Practice of Qi Gong to cultivate a better understanding of life force energy as a bridge between ourselves, the earth, nature and the universe. Class consists of breathing exercises, stretches, flowing movements and meditation to create strength with flexibility, harmony, balance and a feeling of being grounded and centered. Qi Gong amplifies the internal energy of practitioners, enabling them to become full of vitality, emotionally balanced and spiritually connected.
