Qi Gong Learn the ancient Chinese Practice of Qi Gong to cultivate a better understanding of life force energy as a bridge between ourselves, the earth, nature and the universe. Class consists of breathing exercises, stretches, flowing movements and meditation to create strength with flexibility, harmony, balance and a feeling of being grounded and centered. Qi Gong amplifies the internal energy of practitioners, enabling them to become full of vitality, emotionally balanced and spiritually connected. |
